CASE 1 – FEMALE PATIENT
The patient did not like the look of her upper front teeth. They were worn down, chipped had a central space between them. She also felt the lateral incisors were also quite small.
Procedure: After bleaching her teeth, four porcelain Veneers were matched to the new colour and placed to her upper front teeth. The teeth are now a more attractive shape, colour and the space is closed.

CASE 3 – FEMALE PATIENT
The patient did not like the look of her smile. Her upper teeth were all pitted and discoloured. The was a dark line running horizontally through the teeth, probably due to developmental trouble when the teeth were being formed.
Procedure: As the teeth were strong the decision was made to do veneers instead of crowns. After bleaching, seven porcelain veneers were placed on the upper front teeth. The Patient was very happy with the result.

CASE 4 – FEMALE PATIENT
This little patient had a skateboard accident resulting in chipping his front tooth. The tooth had not completed erupting into his mouth and the root had not yet completed development. Although the tooth was very young there is often a better chance at saving the tooth in a child than an adult.
Procedure:
Bonded composite material was applied to the broken tooth in one visit, so he and his mum can wait and see how the tooth growth develops.
