Our Happy Patients
I wanted to say thank you again to you all. You made me feel so welcome and comfortable, and not judged for the state of my teeth. The work done was amazing, I’m still looking in the mirror smiling which I haven’t been comfortable doing in so long. You are all such amazing individuals, thank you again so much! I’m heading home now, excited for everyone to see how they look.
It is with great pleasure to highly recommend Dr. Campbell and her team they are beyond the BEST. Experts in their field. They are very welcoming, kind, very gentle and have a ton of compassion. I use to have a lot of fears about going to the dentist, not so with these guys as they actually care and you feel this from the time you walk in the door and to when you leave. Thank you Dr Campbell and great staff.
In 2009, I decided I wanted to have some cosmetic work done (braces) and my dentist referred me to an orthodontist. When consulting with the orthodontist, I learned that during the period of having braces, there would be quite a process involved in cleaning my teeth, including the requirement that I first go to the orthodontist’s office to have my braces removed, next travel to my dentist’s office for the cleaning and finally return to my orthodontist’s office to put the braces back on. Since my dentist’s office was in downtown, I calculated that in order to complete a proper teeth cleaning, I would need to take a half day off of work. So, I asked my orthodontist for a referral to a dentist in his building. He referred me to Dr. Mary Lou Campbell.
Over the next two years I faithfully attended my treatments at Dr. Campbell’s office and became quite comfortable with the care I received from Gaye, (the marvelous dental hygienist) as well as from Dr. Campbell who would spend time with me at the end of my treatments, examining my teeth and x-rays. After my braces were removed, I could have easily returned to my previous dentist who is very close to my work (more convenient), but honestly, I decided to remain where I felt at home and in good hands. Many people are not comfortable visiting a dentist and while this is not a problem that I experience, if you do have concerns around walking into the dentist’s office, Dr. Campbell and her staff will help you to reduce any fears you may have.
I have been with Dr. Campbell’s office for approximately 5 years now and I recommend that you call her office for an initial consult. During my cleanings, I put the headset on and watch movies and usually fall asleep. Gay has to wake me up in order for me to keep my mouth open so she can get the job finished. That is how comfortable I am at Dr. Campbell’s office!
Your whole team made the normally miserable dental experience a real treat
Thank you for your generous help. You may think that what you did wasn’t anything special…but the way you do things not because you have to but because you want to really is something special. Thank you so much love –
“Dr. Campbell & the Team Thank you – seems like too small a phrase for the gratitude I have for the terrific experience I had with you last week.
I wish I could thank you specifically for all you did , but with the wonderful sedation treatment all I can remember is feeling safe, comfortable and relaxed. And today my teeth and mouth feel great and I’m sorry that I waited so long to do this. My dental health is finally on track again!
Your team is extraordinary – each of you brings something special to the experience. I really am looking forward to a long association with you all!
“Dr. Campbell and her staff have provided the best dental care I have ever received. She always takes the time to explain her work and graciously answer all my questions, never making me feel rushed. She once spared me an almost-certain root canal by painstakingly removing layer after layer of decay. It was a tedious, unprofitable job for her, but a joy for me. She sincerely cares about her patients.A friend told me Dr. Campbell called her one evening just to ask how she was feeling after a root extraction. According to Linda, her kind and competent receptionist, she spent one Christmas treating an elderly patient for a dental emergency. That is what I call genuine concern and superior professionalism. That superior professionalism extends to her entire staff. My hygienist, Gaye, has stopped my rapidly-progressing-periodontal disease dead in its tracks. Every treatment, I learn something new from her. Her research knowledge and deep, thorough cleanings have made all the difference. “Going to the dentist” now means something entirely different for me. It’s actually a pleasant experience-almost like “going home to friends”.
“She actually does her own emergencies on holidays and weekends. She was available on a cell phone while she was at Cultus Lake. I couldn’t believe it. She said it only made sense because she knew my case and could easily figure out the problem and deal with it.” Sometimes all it takes is a phone call and a prescription to get you out of pain so you don’t have to wait till the weekend is over ‚” For me it was the reassurance that I could actually get her. I felt so cared for.”
“sounds corny but it is sort of like coming home, they really have taken the time to get to know me.”
“Before having my teeth fixed, I would never smile with my mouth open because I never wanted to show my teeth. I would always have my hand up in front of my mouth. Now I can’t stop smiling without covering it up, and people notice the difference in me and my smile. Thank you!!”
