Our fees are based on the BC Dental Association fee guide, the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment. To facilitate our goals, we have developed the following financial options: We deal directly with most dental insurance companies when we can but every insurance company is different so we cannot know how each plan is structured without your assistance.

Payment is due at the time treatment is rendered, unless other arrangements have been made.
A minimum of 48 hours advance notice is required for cancelled appointments.
If less than 48 hours is given, a $75 payment will be required for the missed appointment prior to or at the time of your next appointment. Dental insurance does not cover payment for missed appointments.
